3. The tickets can be collected at the event counter on 15 September 2012.
4. Purchaser MUST present NRIC and copy of the payment transaction upon ticket collection.

6. Organizer reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose not properly fullfill all this form procedure & payment method requirement.
